Project executed by the partners from France is focused on integration of handicapped people over 45 into the labour market. Their main goal is to establish organizations and facilities that will coach the members of the target group during the job search and will help them to overcome mental barriers when entering the labour market. Partners from Italy focus on Consenza Province, where they want to strengthen social economy through establishing public services focusing on job creation. Their target groups are small enterprises in the service sector, unemployed and mentally affected. More...
Lithuanian partners deal with integration of deaf people into the labour market. Their main goal is to create innovative and efficient system of employment, which would make the job search for this target group easier. Main tasks of the partner include analysis of unemployment of the handicapped, organization of motivation workshops for deaf people, creation of database of such people and consultancy and advisory services for the deaf applying for a job. All partners deal with the integration of blind and partially sighted people into the labour market. Scope of the projects is very similar, so it offers a great chance for very close cooperation in development of the products on the national level and for compilation of these outputs and conclusions into joint output of the trans-national partnership.
