Project activities: Social research - Training managers and coordinators of social enterprises - Enterprises´ creation (tourism and related sector) - Social inclsuion programs for disablede people.
Target groups
- Social enterprise and their managers
- Final beneficiaries: 10 persons, unemploied, phisical disabled and people suffering other kind of exclusion
Scheduling:
- Phase 1 (6 months): Research and analysis focused on social capital, legislation supporting the social inclusion of disabled people, cultural and structural resources at local level for touristic activities.
- Phase 2 (6 months): Enterprise creation and start up, with operational job design for disabled people.
- Phase 3 (12 months): Selection, training and work experience of final beneficiaries.
- Phase 4 (6 months): Mainstreaming; strengthening the new enterprise on the market of touristic services.
