Problem of unemployment

Main objective of the project is to increase employability of blind and partially sighted people. Employability of people with changed working ability has long been one of the thorniest problems.

Sight handicap brings many serious problems, which in the context of current dynamic development of the society (especially in the information and technology fields) leads to even higher exclusion of the visually impaired people from the labour market and also from the social life. Development of technical devices and services for such handicapped people is despite its dynamics slower than fall of their work efficiency. Stimulation of employers to employ blind and partially sighted people is insufficient because it doesn´t balance costs incurred by employing such people.
