Short overview of the project

Main objective of the project is to increase employability of blind and partially sighted people. Employability of people with changed working ability has long been one of the thorniest problems.

Objective of the project is to integrate blind and partially sighted people into society and labour market by finding suitable jobs, which would allow them to realize their potential and develop themselves like everybody else. One of the main problems the visually impaired people face when searching for a job is insufficient qualification. Only 40 % of blind and partially sighted graduated from high school. Another problem is reluctance of employers to hire such people.
