Activity Goal
1. Labour market analysis from the target group’s and partners’ point of view
  1. Analysis of current situation in employability of visually impaired people.
  2. Edification of the target group members, organization of workshops.

Adopt system actions into the work of Labour offices with the visually impaired people and ensure effectiveness of the employment policy concerning this issue.
6. Integrated internet information portal for communication among the partners and target group Develop tool for communication among partners.
7. Trans-national cooperation Share experience with foreign partners regarding the issues with employability of visually impaired people.
8. Project management Management of information flows among partners, coordination and administration of the project.

Planned activities for Action 3

Activity Goal
1. Pilot implementation of the assistance including supervision Client’s integration to the workplace.
2. Methods dissemination aimed at TyfloCenters in the Czech Republic Dissemination of outcomes and results.
3. Education workshops for Labour Offices Adopt system actions into the work of Labour offices with the visually impaired people and ensure effectiveness of the employment policy concerning this issue.
4. Project dissemination and propagation of its outcomes Dissemination of the outcomes and best practices aimed at the general public in the Czech Republic.
5. Edification of employers Increase number of employers hiring visually impaired people.
6. Trans-national cooperation Dissemination of the outcomes and best practices of the project on the international level.
