Joint decision-making

Based on the principle of joint decision-making all involved partner organizations must have the opportunity to participate in the decision-making within individual Development Partnerships. In addition, besides the representatives of the partner organization engaged in the project can participate also people with direct experience in the field of discrimination and inequality on the labour market. The measures taken with respect to the joint decision-making will be subject to evaluation of DP proposals for participation in Action 1 and re-evaluated again during confirmation of participation in Action 2. Involvement of group members most endangered by inequality and discrimination on the labour market represents great opportunity for social integration of these groups. This principle enables the people discriminated and handicapped on the labour market, who have only limited possibilities for decision-making, to take part in the development and execution of the DPs focused on issues these people have direct experiences with. Direct experience with discrimination on the labour market of the people involved in the development and execution of DPs is on the other hand of a great benefit for reaching the project goals.
