Innovative outcomes of the projects can be for example new forms of employment enabling flexible working hours for part-time or full time jobs, new methods of ensuring, processing, using and disseminating of information facilitating access to employment, development of networks of organizations, authorities and people enabling integration of specific group members into the labour market or new methods and instruments supporting entrepreneurship.
Beneficiary Sjednocená organizace nevidomých a slabozrakých České republiky puts a strong emphasis on the principle of innovation and approaches it with due care. Because innovation and innovative elements are the way for providing better conditions for blind and partially sighted people in education and integration into the labour market as well as overall integration into the society. Visually impaired people face many obstacles in their lives. The main obstacles preventing the blind and partially sighted clients from entering the labour market include insufficient qualification, insufficient language skills and insufficient verbal and non-verbal skills. Great obstacle is also prejudice from employers. Majority of employers doesn’t realize that visually impaired clients are capable to perform on a very high level of quality. This project helps to eliminate such barriers and uses number of innovative elements in order to achieve this.
Principle of innovation is interwoven through all planned activities of the project, management and communication. Principle of innovation is in this project focused on process and goal. Principle of innovation is applied on national and trans-national level. To ensure the innovation throughout the execution of the project there will questionnaires disseminated among the partners and target group to detect and evaluate achieved results, quality and level of innovation. This will also ensure feedback and in case of deficiencies corrective actions will be taken.
